Cardiff, get ready for one night of glorious '80s excess. Express Yourself! lands at Canopi on Friday 9th October with two rooms of live music, disco, dancing and drag till 1am, served up as part of Cardiff Music City Festival.

Fruit'N the Juicy Bits (LIVE!): a balanced diet of pure camp, chaos and comedy. Fruit is back with their juicy bits, fresher and more fabulous than ever, and it's about to get as camp as tits. Expect massive energy, outrageous fun and a show that'll leave you begging for a second serving. If you missed them at GreenMan, now's your chance to catch them in the diff.

Mr Potter & Willow (Room 1) — Cardiff's underground '80s dream team. Mr Potter brings his signature vibe, with Willow serving up two solid hours of Madonna-heavy disco.

Vinyl Spin (Room 2) — you dig the crates, they spin the plates. Cardiff's own all-45rpm 7" vinyl duo, familiar faces from pop-ups and takeovers across the city, bringing only their '80s boxes to the dance floor for the night.
