Grandmas House

Grandmas House are Bristol’s finest and loudest, 4 piece, all female band. They have honed their grunge and post-punk influenced sound with multiple tours and festival shows across the UK, Europe and the USA. Their songs, including Body, Always Happy and Feed Me have received more than 5 million streams.

But there's more... Poppy Dodgson is the drummer/vocalist of Grandmas House. Her dad is Cardiff based indiefolk singer/songwriter Paul Dodgson, and he is kicking off tonight. So this is a very special, one off, father and daughter double bill.

Paul's latest record, Hope is the Horizon was released to acclaim on vinyl + streaming in 2025 & was longlisted for the Welsh Music Prize. He is a lyrical songwriter with great tunes and unusual angles on familiar things. With him, providing the musical fireworks, is fiddle supremo Ian Harris.

So, post punk and indie folk on the one bill… It’s like Green Man, but in Tudor Street.
