KING NO-ONE
King No-One return in 2026 with their debut album, ‘The Burden of Empathy, NOW RELEASED!
It’s a bold, defining moment for the northern trio. Preceded by five brash, statement-making singles, the record signals a band stepping confidently into their next chapter. Expanding beyond their already anthemic sound, the album reveals a more ambitious and fully realised musical palette, positioning them as one of the most compelling live acts to watch in 2026 and beyond. Comprised of Zach Lount (vocals, guitars, piano), Joe Martin (guitars, backing vocals, keyboards) and Rob Gration (bass, backing vocals), the band bring both scale and substance to their evolving sound.
Formed in the underground scene of York, King No-One have built their reputation from the ground up — busking on cold city streets before taking their electrifying live shows across the UK and Europe. Their sound blends glistening guitar work, punchy rhythms and poetic, socially conscious storytelling, led by Lount’s raw and revealing lyricism. On stage, Joe Martin’s dynamic guitar work and Rob Gration’s commanding presence complete a trio that feels both urgent and deeply human. King No-One don’t just introduce themselves — they throw open the doors and dare you to step inside.
