PETE THE TEMP Presents, ROMANTICS, MYSTICS AND REVOLUTIONARIES
A true story of riot, anti-slavery, mysticism and psychedelics; told through the lives of two poet renegades: Samuel Taylor Coleridge and William Wordsworth.
The Romantic movement was an act of defiance against industry and the mechanisation of the soul. What do their dreams of renewal offer our age of despair?
Part storytelling stage-show, part performance lecture, Pete unfolds a journey of music, comedy and lyricism in a thrilling collision of scholarship and live entertainment.
Expect reverence, resistance and enchantment from a time of slavery and war.

Pete the Temp yn cyflwyno: Rhamantwyr, Cyfrinwyr a Chwyldroadwyr
Stori wir am derfysg, gwrthwynebiad i gaethwasiaeth, cyfriniaeth a chyffuriau seicedelig; stori a adroddir trwy fywydau dau fardd anghydffurfiol: Samuel Taylor Coleridge a William Wordsworth.
Roedd y mudiad Rhamantaidd yn weithred o wrthryfel yn erbyn diwydiant a mecaneiddio'r enaid. Beth mae eu breuddwydion am adnewyddiad yn ei gynnig i'n hoes ni o anobaith?
Gan gyfuno elfennau o adrodd straeon a darlith berfformio, mae Pete yn cyflwyno taith sy'n cynnwys cerddoriaeth, comedi a barddoniaeth, mewn cyfuniad cyffrous o ysgolheictod ac adloniant byw.
